Our mechanic will come directly to the breakdown location, whether at home or work.
What happens if my bike is stolen or vandalized?
our bike is insured with comprehensive coverage (damage, theft, and vandalism). In case of an issue:
- Contact our hotline available 7 days a week. Every bike comes with a keychain and a unique customer number.
- We take care of the rest and send a dedicated team to recover the bike.
If the cargo bike cannot be found, it will be replaced based on available stock.
